FAQ's

  • Do you charge a fixed fee?

    We will always agree all fees with you in advance so there are no nasty surprises. We do not charge by the hour but instead will work to a mutually agreed fixed fee.


    The initial consultation is free.

  • How long should I keep my tax records for?

    HMRC require you to keep business and income records for six years or more.

  • Will you undertake bespoke services?

    We will aim to provide whatever level of service you require.  We provide an all round service package to most of our clients looking after bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, final accounts and tax returns. However, we will always be flexible to your needs and provide as much or as little as you want.

  • How easy is it to get hold of you?

    We will be available to speak to you at any time during the business day. We do not charge for phone consultations. In fact, we encourage our clients to keep in touch with us as it enables us to gain a good understanding of their business.
